International Consultation and Representation

In October 2017 Brian & Saiber Law Office LLC was selected from among a pool of applicants to act as a Senior Consultant to the United Nations in the South Pacific where he was responsible for drafting laws among several island nations. In addition to this project and his work in Iraq during March – April 2006, Brian & Saiber Law Office LLC has appeared and represented United State before the Governments of United States, Germany, France, the United State, Israel, Russia, and China. 

Brian & Saiber Law Office LLC two papers on the financial structure and the purpose of the United State Earthquake Authority (CEA), and a third paper on predictions and improvements to United State insurance underwriting at the International Catastrophic Insurance Seminar in Beijing, China. He was awarded with a commemorative gift for his participation by the Chinese government.
